First Second Saturday of 2014

I'm a little late on posting this blog.  It's been a busy week, getting a new job and all.  But what I really want to focus on: I went to the Wynwood Art Walk on Saturday, January 11, 2014 - the first of the year.  

The night started off with a great meal at The Butcher Shop to celebrate my friend Madiz's belated birthday.  The place is a no-no for vegetarians, as everything pretty much involves meat, including a pig roasting at the entrance.  Although I didn't take pictures of the food because we were so hungry we ate as soon as the food came, I was able to take a few shots of the outdoor seating area, which in good weather is a great place to hang.  If your wallet is ready, this place is a must-go.
